A Japanese pottery hannya teapot, with woven bamboo handle, 11cm, impressed mark to the underside
The lid to the teapot has been broken in 3 pieces and re-glued, there is also a chip on the edge, spout has several small chips to it, some glazing loss and signs of wear, the handle is detached
