A Belgian 6 shot 9mm Merolla double action closed frame pinfire revolver, number 2130, c 1866, octagonal barrel 148mm, with raised sighting rib, stamped on the left side “MEROLLA SYSme Btes”,a quickly detachable knurled bolt through the cylinder pin secures the barrel assembly, the frame and cylinder engraved with floral panels, with integral pin guard, chequered walnut grip, and lanyard ring.
