The use of bright colours and contrasting tones enhances this visually stimulating piece. Signed bottom right Fred J. Aarvik (b. 1918 - d. 1974). Aarvik was a well known Norwegian landscape painter favouriting landscape scenes of his home country. Held in a vintage frame with title and artist signature to verso.
