An original National Socialist German Workers Party NSDAP type-written letter from Hitler Youth Administrative Office 107 in Leipzig dated 1st November 1938, and a type written letter from the British Home Office dated 12th October 1938 which refers to Martin Lech.
Martin Lech, born 25th July 1924, which is stating that as he intends to travel abroad he must certify that he is not a member of the Hitler Youth. The form must be presented to a passport authority when applying for a passport. It is signed by the leader of the Leipzig Hitler Youth H. Kläring.
The Home Office letter suggests that Mr Lech should apply for a visa to the British Consul in Dresden.
