A HENRY VII GOLD ANGEL, 1505-09. A fine Henry VII Gold Angel, Standing figure of an angel with a dragon at his feet and spear in his hands, mint mark Pheon for 1505 - 09. Reverse ship with arms at the mast and 'h' and rose above, also mint mark Pheon. (S.218&). c. 5.15 g. c. 2.8 cm.
Previously mounted as a pendant in loose fitting glass fronted and backed mount.
A lovely example with good detail and light rubbing to high points only.
