A VERY FINE GEORGE III ROSEWOOD / MAHOGANY SKELETON DRESSING MIRROR, circa 1795, the oval shaped swing-mirror is held within a serpentine shaped open frame, with a wooden turned finial to the top and brass floral roundels decorating the frame and legs. A beautiful mirror – would be ideal for any home. Dimensions: 70.5cm tall x 57cm wide x 28cm deep (frame), mirror: 48 x 38cm. Condition: Overall condition is very good – excellent. There are some old breaks to the frame that have been restored previously. The mirror plate is antique and has some trace age related loss that can be seen in photos.
