Late 18th cent. English oak dowry chest with three raised fielded panels to the front elevation under a carved lunette top rail all above a single full length oak lined drawer retaining original brass swan neck handles and back plates, raised on styled legs with the addition of an original candle box to the interior, good even historic colour and patina. Overall length 114cm, height 74cm, depth 50cm.
