PARLIAMENTARY PAPERS RATES (UNPAID OR PREPAID) + ECCLESIASTICAL PRINTED MAIL, ETC.; 1846 complete printed "Salmon Fisheries" Bill (with "Under 3oz" imprint) sent from London to Alnwick charged "2" (in error) and than "1[d]" (good to 4oz for Par. Pro. mail), and 1848 first page of an Act (ref. Leeds vicarages) sent to Lancaster with red "Fleet St WO/1D. PAID"; both without wrappers but addressed in the margins. Plus 1846/71/74 trio of covers with ecclesiastical connections inc. attractive 1871 env. with imprint "Registered Letter./Copy Notice of Marriage" with 5 1d Reds tied by "BALLYMENA/46" duplexes, and 1874 E with ½d rose-red ex Brackley but charged "1d" because it was not 100% printed. Also a spectacularly embossed "In Remembrance" card for a man killed by a train in March (Cambs.).
