A late 19th century Vienna style porcelain cabinet plate, titled 'Orpheus and Eurydice', hand-painted decoration within a cobalt blue and gilt highlight border, signed 'Jager', 28 cm diameter, together with another smaller (shallow dish), 'Musik', signed 'Seele', 24 cm diameter, each with beehive mark verso. Qty: (2) No chips or cracks to larger plate. Hairline visible to the underside edge of the smaller dish. Some losses to the white beading to the larger, with minor gilt rubbing to both. Evidence of a plate hanger being used.
