Two giltwood fans and display cases, one on a pedestal base housing an 18th century French figural hand painted fan with bone and gilt decorated guards and sticks, the other set with paste gilt metal guards on mother of pearl decorative sticks, in pieces, pedestal display case 55cm wide x 48cm high. Condition - both fan cases in good condition. The leaf in the pedestal case, both the military and garden scenes either side of leaf are in good condition. There is one slight tare to the top of the leaf. The other case is good but fan only useful for the decoratively paste set gilt metal guards.
