An Indian Jain carved white marble figure of Jina, 19th century. Seated in double lotus on a cushion, the shrivatsa mark to his chest, height 48cm, width 39cm, with ebonised and teak plinth. (2) With the base, this beautiful piece measures 58cm. There are two chips to the marble platform beneath the knees of the statue.
