A 19th century carved ebonized and marquetry box seat settle, the back decorated with a scene depicting Oliver Cromwell dissolving the Rump Parliament in 1653, 127.5cm wide.
Some loose joints. Minor areas of damage (nicks and loss of veneer, some lifting to marquetry in places old and recent) Signs of previous worm damage.
