A Chamberlain Worcester plate from the service made for Princess Charlotte in 1816-17 to commemorate her marriage to Prince Leopold, painted with a central spray of fruit and flowers within a wide border of diamond-shaped panels of fancy birds reserved on a richly gilded pale blue ground, grey printed mark, 24cm. * The fancy birds were probably painted by George Davis.
