A star sapphire and diamond dress ring, centred with a claw-set oval star sapphire cabochon of deep reddish-purple colour, measuring approximately 19.5mm x 16.5mm x 9.9mm, encircled by a row of twenty-four claw-set brilliant-cut diamonds with an estimated carat weight of 0.60ct, to diamond and gem-set shoulders, leading to a yellow metal ring shank of D profile, testing as 14ct, size M, boxed, 14.1 grams. Please note one of the stones in the shoulders is testing as a cubic zirconia replacement.
