A RARE PAIR OF CHINESE PAINTED POTTERY MODELS OF BIRDS WITH BRONZE FEET, WESTERN HAN DYNASTY. Finely carved grey pottery with original reddish pigments, each with cast bronze feet which are detachable. Probably from Yangling, Xianyang, Shaanxi Province, Western Han (206 BC - 8AD). Approx. 16cm lengths. (2)
