A pair of early 20th Century Sherwin & Cotton dust pressed Emaux Ombrants tiles, modelled by George Cartlidge with stags to Scottish landscapes, picked out in tonal sepia glaze, each 6 inch x 12 inch, together with two similar examples with relief moulded decoration of stags to a landscape setting with brown majolica glazed finish. All four show some crazing to the glaze and some minor frits and nibbles to the margin
