A German mahogany mantel clock, late 19th century. The architectural case with bevelled glass windows, the square dial with scallop shell and scroll spandrels and a white metal Roman numeral chapter ring. Brass movement backplate struck with mark of R M Schnekenburger (RMS). 47.5 cm height, 29.8 cm width, 18.5 cm depth. Condition report: Relatively good visual condition with some age related wear present. Although the clock appears to function correctly, Bentley’s cannot guarantee the full working order of the clock.
