Officials.  1947 registered envelope to Islamgarh Fort bearing Service 4a with local rubber handstamp in purple, tied by oval Sadiq-Garh Registered datestamp of 5 SEP, another strike below.  Uniquely, the handstamp incorporates a bar obliterating INDIA on the stamp, as with the machine overprints; the sole example recorded.  A few small marks on the envelope.  Sent by the Amir's Military Adviser.  Ex Abid Hussain
