An impressive rare early 1900's Bing tinplate clockwork powered Imperial German 3 funnelled Battle Ship, "TIGER". Overall length 74cm from Dreadnaught style bough to rudder end. Hull, decking and superstructure painted in Battle Ship Grey with red lining detail, red keel and rudder. Open bridge, five ventilators, 4 side mounted deck guns to port and starboard, guns fore and aft, brass railings, twin masts with cotton rigging with front with Crows Nest. Fitted with 4 slung lifeboats on davits, multi port holed superstructure, with its 4 original Imperial German flags. Twin bough anchors and single brass propeller. "TIGER" to stern on both sides. With its early style "GBN" diamond Trademark metal tag between second and third funnel. Complete with its seldom seen original 4 wheel carriage. VGC an exceptional example in fine original condition with only minor wear. Clockwork motor in working order. £7,000-10,000
