Printers cases with large quantity of letterpress type, case measures 36cm x 83cm. We had previously lotted these as "trays" and are grateful to Mr David Sills for pointing this out to us in an email. Mr Sills was an apprentice compositor at Birmingham College of Art, fascinatingly, along with the late Dave Swarbrick of Fairport Convention fame. Great to have input from our clients!
