19th Century Sunderland lustre jug, transfer printed with the sailors farewell 'From rock sands and every isle may god rest the sailor still', 18cm high
The jug is very stained and has crazing all over. There is scratching all around the body aswell as two chips on the handle and a large chip on the spout. There are multiple small hairline cracks around the body which are visible when looking into the jug.
