Mostly commercially used within GB but also inc. 1916 env. to Sheffield ex Odessa with blue/green "PART OF A MAIL CAPTURED/BY GERMANS AND DELAYED" hs at bottom left; 1916 French Army PC to Brighton with red hexagonal censor "1510" cachet and boxed "IMPROPERLY/POSTED/DELAYED" hs on address side; 1944 env. ex Belgium addressed to "Mr. Trundle, Norway,/R.A.F." with "DELAYED: THROUGH/BEING/IMPROPERLY ADDRESSED" hs, circular "194" censor cachet and red boxed "C.P.H.Q. 2/T.A.E./TRACING SECTION" hs applied to front; plus other more modern examples inc.
