A GROUP OF FOUR TROIKA VASES20TH CENTURYAll signed to baseincluding two Shouldered Top Cylinder Vases 20cm high, 10cm diameter, a Stickman Coffin Vase 17cm high, base 7.5 x 6cm and an Aztec Face Wheel Vase 20cm diameter, 5cm deepTroika Pottery was founded in 1962, in St Ives, Cornwall, and produced pottery until 1983. It's name came from the Russian тройка, meaning a set of three, or triumvirate. The company, whose aim was to follow form over function, became known for their Aztec inspired style and were very popular in the 1960's and early 1970's.
