17th Century Transitional Rapier Small Sword


27 3/4 inch, double edged, narrow blade.  The top section with narrow fullers.  Steel shell guard with chiselled floral wreath and figure decoration.  Central panel with chiselled stand of arms.  Steel, downswept quillon, pas d'ane  and knuckle bow.  Steel, walnut pommel with chiselled Angel decoration.  Polished wooden grip.
