A FIRST WORLD WAR CANADIAN ROSS BAYONET AND SCABBARD AND TWO SOCKET BAYONETS. A Canadian bayonet with a 25.5cm single edged unmarked blade, the handle with two part wooden grip carved with owners initials 'AH', with leather and steel scabbard, 39.5cm. A British East India Company P.1842 Socket bayonet marked 'S.Hill' 48cm long and a similar British P.1853 Enfield socket bayonet stamped WD and with Crown and broad arrow, 51cm. (3). *CR: The last fractured at the base of the blade, first with degraded surfaces to handle and scabbard. *BP 22.5% (18.75% plus VAT) plus a lot fee of £8 inc. VAT on each lot.
