A GOOD IRISH LATE 18TH CENTURY SILVER SUGAR TONGS, circa 1795, with bright cut decoration to the stems and curve along with a script initials. Maker’s mark for J. Shields along with Dublin hallmarks to the interior of the curve, the bowls with shell detail to the exterior. Length: 15cm. Weight: 35grams.
