Lacks one white rook. One black pawn is a replacement. Generally good, one white bishop has old chip to top, the black knights may be replacements as they are quite crudely carved. Kings weigh 27g and 20.8g. White king has a printed circular green label to base with diamond registration mark. The two kings are a iittle different as you note, the white king is 8.5cms high, black 8.8/9cma high. The black top is a little longer/thinner than the white and so could be a replacement. The profiles are almost the same, pretty difficult to be more precise maybe a millimetre difference?
