From a local deceased estate, with Frost & Reed labels verso, the Bettws-y-Coed says it is signed and dated 1865 on the Frost & Reed label, but I cannon see this on the picture, I assume both were relined by Frost & Reed when purchased by the deceased owner, some craquelure, some of the varnish is now missing to the corners.
