Does the amethyst brooch have a pendant loop? A; no, it has a loop for a safety chain to be attached. I assume they are all contemporary but please confirm and are the hallmarks Scottish please?
Brooch with amethyst;- Edinburgh hallmarks 1972. Dimensions 3.6cm x 2.5cm
Amethyst pendant;- Birmingham hallmarks 1990, this does not mean it was not made in Scotland, a maker can have an item hallmarked where ever they like, the luckenbooth is a very Scottish thing. 3cm x 1.3cm
Mackintosh brooch, Edinburgh hallmarks, Ortak makers mark & import marks. 4cm x 1.8cm.
