Victorian Irish Inkwell in Form of Owl. Mid to early 19th century Owl inkwell, made from bog wood and silver, rare piece made in the early 1800s, highly decorated throughout. Owl sitting proud on a decorated clover leaf base, glass eyes, silver beak and claws, tilt head to reveal inkwell. Good honest antique Irish piece, 8'' height.
