Stone appears eye clean under naked eye.
Minor inclusions seen with x10 loupe.
Rub over mount is low, appears it may have had a milgrain setting edge.
Visible join to the under bezel.
Minor thinning seen to the shank.
Marks are crisp to the interior of the shank - possibly a later replacement.
