Stat. env. to Scotland "Via Bombay & Marseilles" uprated for the 6as rate with India 1856 1a Brown + 1859 2as Buff Pair (tiny top left fault) cancelled and tied by fine Delhi "64" diamonds having a pale red 2-ring "DELHIE/* P.O. *" cds on the reverse.
