A COMMERCIAL RAISIN SEEDER BY THE ENTERPRISE MANUFACTURING COMPANY model number 47, patents of July 12th 1898 and October 9th 1890, this is the largest of their models, the cast metal body painted and highlighted with stripes of red and gold, 54cm high. Note: the reservoir above the large bowl is for water, as the raisins needed to be scalded or wet for all raisin seeders. Provenance: The John Reckless collection of Kitchenalia
