Bishop, Second Capitaine du Brick Anglais l'Elisa Prisonnier de Guerre, A Arras" with fine "61/BOULOGNE/SUR-MER" (closed tear at top) and "6" charge (official Boulogne cachet over seal) ref. an enclosed (no longer present) certificate of his having been on the Elisa when captured "by the French privateer La Liberte de la Mer".
