with an unusual linear scrolled design, the bright yellow metal head is set with peridot and pearls, dimensions 3cm x 1.4cm, the octagonal peridot is approx 10.2mm x 6.8mm, finger size O, weight 6.6gms

I think the head was once a brooch and has been converted to a ring in a very clever & tidy manner, the head is not hallmarked, it has the look of 15ct and the shank is 9ct rose gold.
