ww1 era Royal Artillery Officer's sword and scabbard, blade 50% ornately etched, 1 side with Royal Artillery either side of wings and lightening bolts, other side with KC/Royal Arms/Unique/cannon, blade further etched J.S. Arnold R.F.A., ricasso marked Hill/Norfolk St/Sheffield, fishskin and wire grip, leather scabbard with repair towards the bottom end, very fine or better.
There is a WW1 medal index card for a Captain J.S. Arnold who served with 120th Bde RFA and then the Tank Corps, card has a Morriston, Glamorgan address, likely to be the same man. BUYER MUST COLLECT.
