Meiji period, painted in enamels and gilt to the interior with a central roundel depicting travellers, itinerant entertainers and street vendors at a tea-house beside the shore of a lake bordered by thatched huts among mountains within kidney-shaped cartouches; the exterior decorated with butterflies, signed Gyokuzan. 11.8cm diameter
