± RNLI Cadgwith Lifeboat A painted board recording ‘List of Lives Saved by the Cadgwith Lifeboat of the RNLI’ display board Mentioning rescues from 1886 to 1936, with the date, the name of the ship and the number of people rescued, with the greatest rescues being that of 1907, when 227 lives were saved from the SS. Suevic and the Cunard Steamer ‘Brest’ of Glasgow, with 40 people saved in 1879, 183cm x 71cm. A donation to the RNLI will be made from the proceeds of this lot. - This lot will be subject to an additional VAT charge of 20% on the hammer price
