A hallmarked 19th century silver fusee pocket watch. The pocket watch having Roman numerals to the chapter ring with outer and inner hallmarked silver case. The watch having fusee movement signed T Humphreys Barnard Castle 263. The watch hallmarked Birmingham 1845. Total weight 165g.
Thomas Humphreys was a clockmaker in Barnard Castle, County Durham, whose shop was visited by Charles Dickens in 1838.
