100 Waterlow & Sons intaglio-printed colour key samples depicting 'Postman's Gate' at the Palace of Industry, 'Stall 851' type, produced for the 1925 British Empire Exhibition. Composed of 20 vertical strips of 5, mounted by margin on card in a range of colours, each with respective colour reference code ovpt. Overall gum toning and 3 strips separated from margin, but otherwise an attractive and unusual coln. (R)
