Sir Henry de Tyeys, 1st Lord Tyeys was born circa 1268 at Fritwell, Noke, & Shirburn, Oxfordshire, England. He married Hawise de Montagu, daughter of Sir Simon de Montagu, 1st Lord Montagu, Custodian of Corfe & Beaumaris Castles, Captain & Governor of the Fleet.
