A double-row cultured pearl Opera length necklace, 9ct white gold diamond & sapphire set clasp The 152 uniform cream coloured pearls of 8.1-8.3mm, the flower head design cluster clasp set with nine round cut blue sapphires, the outer sapphires each of 0.20ct estimated weight, the central sapphire 0.30ct estimated weight, surrounded by small pave set round cut diamonds, hallmarked London 1982. Purchased from Armour-Winston Ltd 43 Burlington Arcade, London in 1983. Original box and receipt.
