A very fine M/U Seahorses coln on album leaves and on (Urch Harris) purchase cards, incl various printings/ shades etc., 2/6d range incl Waterlow deep sepia-brown right-hand marginal UM, also DLR with various 2/6d shades M or U incl 1915 blackish brown M (off-centre to right, very lightly-mounted mint) with RPS cert (1985), 5/- range incl x4 mint examples with Waterlow rose-carmine, large part o.g., DLR x2, and BW rose-red UM, also Waterlow 10/- indigo-blue M, and indigo M (left-hand marginal example), plus DLR blue M (off-centre to right), and BW 10/- dull grey-blue U (a few pulled perfs), also incl 1913 £1 dull-blue green £1 U, one or two pulled perfs and some light soiling cancelled by indistinct 'LONDON' CDS, plus re-engraved set M (though with overall slight gum-toning).
