A John Rogers and Son blue and white transferware Monopteros pattern tureen and cover, from the Indian Views series, printed with figures leading a laden ox before ruins, the border with overhanging leafy boughs, 20.5cm wide, 1st half 19th century; a similar oval serving plate, 20cm wide; a shaped circular plate, 25cm diam, impressed mark; a porter mug, with Abbey ruins, 12.5cm high, c.1840; etc

The view on this charger is one of a series of engravings by Thomas and William Daniell, which were published in London in the late 18th and early 19th centuries.
