A collection of some 5500 photographic prints of names and nameplates on both locomotives and units along with the occasional departmental machine, most being taken in the privatisation era, contained in a number of albums plus two boxes. Most are 6x4 in but there is also a quantity at 7x5in, being of good quality. Most are dated along with other information. Given the quantity there must be a degree of duplication but this is a superb resource for checking nameplate styles and application dates. Most classes that would be expected for this period are fully represented except for Western Region HSTs. Buyer to Collect from Birmingham.
