A very interesting collection of light and miniature railway photographs. Approx. 400 black & white postcard size prints with a few colour. These date from the 1930's onwards when a trip to the seaside wasn't complete without a ride on the local miniature railway. The railways came in all shapes and sizes and this collection covers many of them. Locations include: Littlestone -On-Sea, Sutton, Surrey Border, Stapleford Park Melton, Sutton Hall Light Railway, Moor Valley, Redcar miniature railway, Myddle Wood Railway, Oakhill Manor, Drayton Manor Park Railway, Downsells in Kent, Chiswick and many others.
