1898-99 'COAT OF ARMS' ISSUE: Mint & used collection inc. large multiples, amongst which the 4c, 5c & 8c values in 3 cto half sheets of 50 stamps, the 4c being FDI. Also a selection of Postal History inc. attractive 27 Sep. 1899 4 colour franking making up the 10c rate from Jacmel to Leipzig, 12 Oct. cover from Port de Prix to New York bearing 1c + 2c vals but the cds is missing the year date slug (rare thus). Various other attractive covers inc. 5 stamp frankings to Leipzig & Minneapolis. Also local rate covers inc. 1904 US Consular cover carried by sea from Port de Paix to Port au Prince with 2c franking. (c.256 stamps plus 14 covers)
