A Japanese lacquer cylindrical brush pot, incised carved and picket out in gilt with birds amongst blossoming branches, red interior, 12cm high; an early 20th century hexagonal sandalwood box and cover, 10.5cm high (2)
The brush pot has some very fine age related cracks, otherwise good. The box has some slight separation to some of the joints, and veneer sections, but overall structurally and aesthetically good. Please see photos.
