Surmounted by a gilt bronzed sculpture of a standing young Roman Emperor Caesar holding a laurel victory, the body decorated with a symbolic motifs of music and arts, circular silvered dial applied with Roman chapters, raised on rectangular base with four acanthus scrolling feet.
