A medal group comprising a World War One pair, British War, Australia Service, Australian Efficiency and Distinguished Conduct in the Field medals, all to 4199 Sjt Edward George Deveson 1st Pioneers Battalion, DCM for "Conspicuous gallantry during operations. He worked unceasingly for several days and nights consolidating advanced positions, and showed complete disregard of danger. He was several times buried by shells", together with a conforming miniature medal group, original letters from the Australian Military Forces, photographs, commemorative plate and later research paperwork etc.
All in good condition.
